This is a good moment for the young US athletes that are running really fast.
Last Sunday at the New Balance High School National in Greensboro (NC) the 8th grade boy Tyrese Cooper run a record breaking 400m.
During the finals, Cooper broke the world youth record setted by Kirani James.
Tyrese run in 46″44, winning the bronze medal and becoming the world fastest boy for his age on this event.
In the meantime a girl, Kate Hall, setted two US records jumping in the national books.
Kate wasn’t winning but at her 3rd attempt she flew over 6.83m and she setted both national high school record and US U20 record in long jump.
