After the edition held at the Hayward Field in Eugene (Oregon) in 2014 , World Junior Championships will land next year on Russian soil, to be precise in Kazan.
The event (19th-24th July) in the capital of Tatarstan will host the best U20 athletes: to qualify they must achieve the IAAF qualification standards in their specialties but, clearly, the standards imposed by the international federation is a necessary condition but not enough to gain the ticket for Russia, because the national federations may decide to make them further difficult to achieve.
