A petition to admit world junior record holder Neeraj Chopra in Rio 2016

Neeraj ChopraThe Indian Javelin Team presented a petition to Sebastian Coe, President of IAAF, to ask for the young Neeraj Chopra to take part in the Olympic Games.

Some days ago, Neeraj won the Javelin U20 World Title establishing the World Record of the category throwing to 86.48m. Unfortunately, he did not manage to do the minimum for Olympic Games in time thus, this petition, asks for a Wild Card to add him to the Indian team for Rio.

This young athlete, he is only 18 years old, is greatly admired in India since he was the first of his country to award a world title and to set a World Record.
