Alessia TrostThe World Championship will start in two weeks in Beijing and a big athlete will not compete.

She is Alessia Trost, the italian high jumper and one of the world leader in this specialty.

Alessia didn’t compete at Italian National Championship due to a pain in the Achille tendons; after all the physical examination, the doctors diagnosed an injury to the right tendon.

She prefered give up to the world championship since during the Montecarlo’s Meeting appeared in the same spot bursitis. She wan’t to be fit for the next Olympics in Rio, a race she can’t miss.
